CHAPA is the non-profit umbrella organization for affordable housing and community development activities throughout Massachusetts. Established in 1967, CHAPA is the only statewide group that represents all interests in the housing field, including non-profit and for-profit developers, homeowners, tenants, bankers, real estate brokers, property managers, government officials and others.
The 495/MetroWest Corridor Partnership was formed in 2002 to promote economic vitality and sustain
natural resources while enhancing the quality of life in the 495/MetroWest region of Massachusetts. Its membership includes representatives from public and private companies, education and local and state government.
The Home Builders Association of Massachusetts (HBAM) is a non-profit trade association consisting
of over 1,600 single- and multi-family builders, developers, remodelors, suppliers and other allied professionals to the residential construction industry.
