Citizens' Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA)
CHAPA is the non-profit umbrella organization for affordable housing and community development activities throughout Massachusetts. Established in 1967, CHAPA is the only statewide group that represents all interests in the housing field, including non-profit and for-profit developers, homeowners, tenants, bankers, real estate brokers, property managers, government officials and others.

Housing Assistance Corporation (HAC)
HAC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the housing needs of all Cape Codders. HAC develops new affordable housing, administers rental subsidies, operates homeless shelters for adults and families, and offers education and training to Cape Cod residents. Our vision is a community where everyone has a safe, stable and decent place to live.
